Please avoid going directly to RBC for the TLE Per Capita Application. RBC has no applications available.
TLE Per Capita Applications are available on the Sagkeeng Website www.sagkeeng.ca, Sagkeeng Facebook page, Band Office, and SETS 3rd Floor – 208 Edmonton Street. An application can be emailed or mailed, contact the Band Office at 204-367-2287 or email TLEApplication@sagkeeng.ca.
One photo ID is acceptable for the application. If no photo ID, 2 pieces of ID will be accepted:
- Birth Certificate
- Old Age Security Card
- Canadian Social Insurance Number Card (red and white plastic card issued on or before March 31, 2014)
- Provincial and Territorial Health Insurance Card with no Photo (except for Ontario, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and PEI)
- Student Card with Photo issued by Canadian University or
- Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) Client Card with Photo and Signature
Minors will be paid out when they turn 18 years old. Parents will not be required to fill out an application.
Completed applications can be emailed to TLEApplication@sagkeeng.ca or dropped off at the Band Office or SETS at 3rd floor – 208 Edmonton.
