Reporting to the Medical Transportation Manager the Data Clerk will perform a variety of duties dependent on their assignments as follows:
DUTIES:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated client’s and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered client’s and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Tests client’s and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains client’s confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties assigned within scope
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, PHIA
- Previous working experience as with Mustimehew program
- Quick and accurate typing skills
- Basic understanding of database
- Great attention to detail
- Critical thinker
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
